Characteristics of the pellet rifle

Recent model of the spanish brand Gamo, the Gamo Swarm Maxxim Green has many technologies :

• the 10X Quick Shot magazing, allowing to shoot 10 pellets without reloading
• the Maxxim barrel, made of steel coated with polymer, integrating sound suppressor
• the over-rail RRR made of aluminium, protecting the scope  absorbing the shocks and recoil

It is in caliber .177, propelled with a spring piston, and developping a power of 19.9 Joules (limit for free sale in France).

Its ergonomic stock has a modern and clear design. It is made of green and black polymer, all weather.

As most of the 10X carbine, the Swarm Maxxim Green doesn't have open sights, but a 11 mm dovetail rail.

It has a safety lever, manual, located just in front of the trigger.

Using the Gamo Swarm Maxxim

Before any handling, we advise you to take the habit of engaging the safety.

Fill the magazine with 10 pellets, and lock it back. To take it out of its chamber, just push the button a the rear of the mechanism.

Break the barrel to cock the rifle, taping on its end to unlock it, and pulling it down until hearing the "click" of the spring hanging. Put it then firmly back on its initial position.

The airgun is ready to shoot, just aim the target, push the safety lever with the finger to remove it, and pull the trigger

The 9 following shots will only need the rifle to be cocked, pellets being ready thanks to the rotary magazine.
